Talk about the musicians you find somewhat bad here. Don't forget to not defend/criticize your own/anyone else's opinion.

Some bands which I dislike listening to: Nickelback, Fall Out Boy, The White Stripes (De Stijl accepted), most generic country/pop/etc., and 50 Cent.

i don't know about bands. for me, it's more genres that i hate listening to. like, country. that's what everybody listens to here (damn hick town... Evil or Very Mad

). also, hip hop. there's some that i can stand, but most just makes me want to have sex with hookers and shoot people. which, oddly enough, seems to be what hip hop is about.

also, i hate death metal and screamo. "what's the point?" i ask.

Wow! Wackoman, your going to be king of the "I hate" threads, LOL

But for me, I only listen to Rock, Metal, Alternative, Industrial, J-Rock, and Techno.

I can't stand Country nor Rap especially when Country is all signing about be sleezy and wanting some, and Rap just about Urban violence and gang wars and abuse, that and I don't think there's much talent in signing with some made up beat box (even worse when you steal someone else beats or sounds from another song, that kills me) in the back trying to make words rhyme especially when you make up homemade words that no one understands whatsoever, lol

I guess I'm the only person who finds Dragonforce to be pretty terrible.

I'd be a lot more impressed by their guitarist if he played fast and well, instead of just beating the crap out of a guitar as fast as he can. Fast=/=good.

their guitarists are good actually.

i'm not a fan of DragonForce, just because all their songs are the same. the lyrics and the riffs all sound the same to me, so, i don't listen to them that much.

I've only seen one song of theirs. I've always disliked: Some Oldies, Country music, Most rap, and now, Top 40 Radio stations/Pop music.

Because of my work, I had/have to listen to the same blasted songs because
the radio doesn't work well and it can only pick up one station. So I heard the same couple of songs all freaking day.

And they're not even good ones! I could rant more, but I doubt anyone really wants to hear it.

Hrm... well. I dislike Panic at the Disco, though I like their song titles! It's just that the songs aren't quite as epic as those titles. Usually they're just a bunch of teenage boys singing and copping an attitude with the world. This seems to be the case with Fallout Boy too. Their song titles cop attitude! Most of their music sounds the same too, though I like one or two of their songs.

Screamo and metal are tough to listen to. I like Sonata Artica, but outside of the small niche things like Dragonforce slowly become impossible to listen to seriously.

What bands do I not like?

Evanessence(sp?), System of a Down, Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, Dragonforce.

And some other stuffs. My taste is alternative, hardcore, metalcore, heavy. I don't like rap/R&B whatever they call it nowadays.

Well, neither are a lot of rappers....But i guess telling them to hang themselves doesn't justify what they did in the past.

Not really a fan of Evanescence.

Used to love them, and then Amy Lee turned into a jerk and ruined them for me.

I flat-out can't stand Soulja Boy or Flo-Rida. I can't believe people listen to that stuff.

I cant stand Evanescence, Jordin Sparks, Gavin DeGraw, Duffy, really annoying rap where you can't really understand a single word (not including Sean Paul nor Twista), Chris Brown, most country, most 80's+90's actually. And I kinda dislike jrock. Some of them sound like screeching birds that are being strangled.

I don't understand the point of screamo...with the rare exception of "WHAT'S UP, PEOPLE?!" from Death Note, and that's only because it came with psychedelic freaky visuals which actually matched the song.

I also hate most Chinese pop stars; they have no originality in music and dress like fruits, and not even very sexily. Most of the guys have an image between goth Japanese wannabe rockstar and Chinese obedient son, and the females...meh.

However, I make exceptions for pretty much every Anime opening. >>;

Yeah. Most anime songs. But J-pop can be just as bad as US Pop. I'm sure some Japanese people will agree.
