What bands do I like?

The Devil Wears Prada, Gwen Stacy, Blessthefall, Fall Out Boy, The Academy Is..., Cobra Starship, The Audition, Envy on the Coast, A Day to Remember, As I Lay Dying, and the list goes on.

Oh, and before you tell me I like Fall Out Boy because of their recent success, I've been listening to them since "Fall Out Boy's Evening Out with Your Girlfriend".

Rap, hip hop, and R&B don't seem to be getting much love around these parts so...my favorite people of these genres:

Outkast, George Clinton, A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Del Tha Funkee Homosapien.

These are some of my favorites right now. >>: Aphex Twin, Armin van Buuren, Avril Lavigne, COIL, dj TAKA, DM Ashura, Evanescence, Flyleaf, Foo Fighters, Garbage, Jondi & Spesh, Jurassic 5, Linkin Park, Marty O'Donnell, Mexican Institute of Sound, Midihead, Mindless Self Indulgence, Momu, Nine Inch Nails, No More Kings, OK Go, Paul Oakenfold, Peter Bjorn & John, Robert Miles, SaxxonPike/Sanxion7, The Strokes, Terrorfakt, U.N.K.L.E., Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Zero 7, Zerofuser, Zombie Nation.

I like a bunch more, but those are pretty much the ones I've been listening to recently. My favorite artist of all [right now] is Ingrid Michaelson, who wrote "The Way I Am", the song from that Old Navy commercial. She has a great voice. <3

if anyone can suggest some good techno that's not really generic, that would be awesome. I'm partial to happy hardcore [like the little raverboy i am] :3
