Anyone can play it. Boys or girls. That's why most of them are cute. And maybe you should get US copies then. If you do, you'll be able to get 8 different Eevees. 1 and 7 evos.

I have the first wave of the Japanese release, the one with the elite glitch. Plus I have the english release. I plan to get Platinum. Im pretty sure it was said somewhere that there will be some major new additions in Platinum

Yeah. Some people say that. And it was good when it came out. A great deal of improvements from the first set of games.

Lets bump up this topic with a little site I'm sure everyone's heard of: serebii!!! in the past 4 days they've gotten so much info you'd wanna bash through your computer and grab a pic of the game so you could play it. (if your that much of a fan anyway lol) The 5 new formes have been confermed and revealed as rotom and the original 3 legendary birds are available in-game as roaming pokemon as well as Palkia and Dialga so even the poor wi-fi-less people can get them. New wi-fi capabilities, new battle frontier, the welcome return of being able to rebattle gym leaders (as well as your rival and other people you've double battled with like that guy with Lucario) all in one convenient place, and much more. And as for the Girantina thing, rather then add a storyline to its cave, they ditched it and he's now in a world where you can say screw you to laws of physics.

Yes. This should be fun. Not much into the roaming pokemon but when I actually tried, I caught both in D and P. And I'm sure people will be making more Rotoms then just one. I'm probably be doing that.

Rotom has different forms now, the 3 legendary birds are now roaming Pokemon... man, Platinum gets better and better. Smile

Has there been any info on Platinum's US release date, or is that still classified as "To Be Announced"? I've heard from others that it'll come out in 2009, but I wanted to check if there happes to be a ealier release. ^^;

I hate that rotom doesn't have a gender. =( Oh well action replay it is. :Ρ but only for the japan only stuff like Arceus. Last time, I hacked my Pearl to death and I couldn't even tell which Manaphy (original legit) was the clone x.x I'll make my Diamond my hacked one instead xP Probably gonna have search like hell find a movie Regigigas & Shaymin though. x,x I wonder if the Shaymin & Darkrai glitches will still be in. ^^

Platinum is not to be purchased. I'm sorry, but it's a lame attempt to push the same game once again, by not adding more pokémon and make a new game with really new features, but instead by adding "new forms" for the ingame pokémons. You cannot even trade those, you can't even netbattle with them, you're confined with the same D/P setup in the end.
Do you want Icepunch Lucario THAT badly? Use an action replay in that case.

Well for real pokemon fans they'll end up getting it if they want to or not, as will I. xP

Also some clarification, they didn't get rid of Giritina's cave, instead it leads to another part of the torn world, the part with the Platinum Orb to keep him in origin forme outside of the torn world. And the other trainers arn't really all in one place. They do all show up at the same place, but only 4 at a time, plus your rival outside on weekends.

Actually, there is a lot of added stuff that could be useful. Plus, Torn World. That's worth a thought at least.

I think it has something to do with Team Galactic and Giratina. For some reason. But that Pluto guy does try to steal Heatran later.
