You guys realize that this is borderline illegal right? Like, conspiracy to murder or uttering threats sort of illegal.
I mean, sure, there are people I don't like on this planet. But I'm not writing an death list on a public forum ^^;;
And seriously, of all people, Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus? I mean, sure, Hillary Duff's music is more-or-less corporate pop music and Achy Breaky Heart grates on the nerves after a while... but deserving of death? Come on now. Time to grow up now.
I sense a ban hammer approaching.

Wow, someone's pissed off. (I mean, Zippo is right. You might hate them, but most people don't really hate anyone enough to want to kill them.)
Anyway, everyone's an idiot. Why not hate people using a comparative measure? Which ones do you hate more than others? If you just hate everybody, you won't get anywhere with it.
(Anyway, I don't know anything about Tom Cruise, so I wouldn't know how he's an idiot. Bush is given, but do people really hate him that much?)

Perhaps, but I have a hard time imaging anyone finding hate funny. What exactly do you expect people to do here? List the people they hate so that you can all hate them together? What does that accomplish aside from turning the thread into a collaborative version of a Live Journal rant?

There is a reason we don't allow these kinds of topics on this board; it can and will devolve into a flame fest and then there's wanking all over the place.
Also, be aware that the whole Death Note thing can be taken as a threat if the right people knew what it implied. I'd choose your words more carefully if I were you.

EDIT: Also, AMZ? You know very well what you put down is borderline illegal, especially putting the President's name down. I also don't see why the CEO of a dubbing studio deserves death.
