It's pretty simple. Choose the Net menu, then Friend code invitation, and as you connect, it'll generate a number for you. Select your own icon in the grid and it'll tell your friend code.

Megaman Star Force 2 [Zerker x Saurian] = 399-579-476-711 (Saurian) 266-435-858-050 (Zerker) I only have 1 slot free on each version. And the free slot in Saurian is reserved only for a Zerker. (+150 Reccomended). Zerker file can be used for those who are still beggining, seeing as it only gives 60 due to lazyness.
