Sonic ditches the leash

If I ever get around to playing this, I'm so going to yell ''Gum Gum Gatling'' whenever Were Sonic uses that flurry punch attack, and ''Gum Gum Pistol'' when he uses the jab, because the stretching is straight out of One Piece.

And holy crap, after two years of being uncooperative, Youtube finally gives me sound again! Awesome!

True, but Knuckle's stages were always about exploration and tracking down objects. They were never about beating things up and throwing out smack-down, which is what the night stages are all about. It just feels foreign to the Sonic genre.

I dunno. If you're not using the boost feature then the game's speed is actually quite tolerable (everything before 3:00 had me sold). But the minute you try to speed up it just becomes unplayable.

I especially like how the guy took a turn too wide and wound up missing a grind rail because of it. Brilliant SEGA. @_@; Although to be fair, the slower platformer stages look wonderful. Why can't we just use that concept for the entire game?

And I retract what I said, the WereHog just isn't going to cut in this game. Unleashed is officially faltered. (Unless DIMPS can just blow us away with the Wii version.)

I see the were hog more, Take your time kinda deal instead of race to the finish. Like the interview said theres alternate routes and parts of the levels you can search through, As both Sonic or Were Sonic.

Back then Sonic was all about platforming so I'm actually glad to see it back again in this game. But can't judge the game by just looking at it.

Two videos were leaked online...the opening cinematic and a stage.

Both videos left me breathless. Especially the opening. Beautiful~!

Still dunno if I'm buying it right away though...but it is on my want list now.

Should rent it first to see if you like it. This way you won't spend 50 dollers on something you won't or might like.

I already payed it off. Since Chronicles wasn't so bad. Some polish was needed and the EBA attacking is annoying at times but, this could be good. It was Adventure 3 once.

She WILL hug any hedgehog-or-alike as of late.

I saw some werehog gameplay too, and brawler or not, its platforming seems pretty fun. It's not speedy, but it's more focused on jumping, clinging to walls, swingng, and such. Something like a more standard Mario platformer, but with more fighting. Not half bad.

Well that makes as much sense as that Dexter guy being fake. But hopefully this will be good. Sounds pretty good so far.

Dexter being fake made a LOT of sense. there's no way Amy would like any1 other then sonic and there's never been a male character from sonic's world with a human name. at least not that i can think of. plus i honestly cant imagine a nerd being any type of sonic character.

and the werehog gameplay looks a lot like God of War. only...furry xP

A nerd being any type of Sonic character? ..... Wouldn't Tails and Dr. Eggman count? And I think the point of it was for it to be like that.

i think nerds/geeks r smart (with glasses) & the non nerds/geeks like eggman & Tails(thats right eggman. Tails is more important then u. u dont getta capital letter >=P) r techy. plus Tails is more of an engineer then a nerd...eggman's just a douche with tech.

anyway back to unleashed...DOES IT HAVE CHAO OR NOT?!?!?! >=(

I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY SO I DON'T THINK THERE ARE ANY! Sorry. Anyway, It's ok. I'd like to move again like with the Adventure games as Sonic but at least I can some. Werehog is ok. So far, it's ok. Not horrible, not great just good. Like Chronicles.
