Well, I've heard a number of good things about this game, especially in regards to the story, and some interesting things happen, though the only thing I really know in regards to specific plots elements involves *MASSIVE SPOILER*Luna getting blown up. As in kaboom.. It greatly amuses me to learn that there appears to be a dating sim-esque moment between the three sides of the love triangle and Bud, for some odd reason. So I guess I'll be looking forward to this installment as well.

... Why? Why does Grave Joker look like a Star Force'd LaserMan? I was expecting a demonic FM WackoMan. ;_;

I'm willing to spoil myself with the boss battles... but if there's one thing I'll hold back, it's looking at the final boss. I'll wait for the English version for that, thank you. Smile (And if there never is an English version... fine, I'll watch. Razz )

I'm looking forward to fighting Queen Virgo and Acid Ace. I just wish Capcom would drop this policy of bosses only having three attacks. Dia Iceburn's card looks good.

Pity Gemini Spark isn't there. I had fun fighting them, and their card was useful. Plus I'd find it hilarious if Pat was Geo's ''Gay Option'', so to speak, in the aforementioned dating sim-esque sequence, as there's more than enough subtext for it.

Oh, pages for Club Strong and Dia Iceburn have been added to the official site. Check 'em out if you wish.

Wackoman doesn't exist in the games. If you mean Coloredman...

Queen Virgo (And a few other characters) have several attacks:
All I can think of right now is Queen Virgo...and believe me (This is not the final boss, you can look if you wish) Grave Joker has tons of attacks in his v3 encounter...Thousand Kick, Giga Count Bomb...he uses quite a few Giga Cards.

But I digress, Queen Virgo's attacks:

She makes it rain
Water Dragon
Water Shield
A jet of water similar to a mettool attack if you hit said shield.
Light of Saint (Gigantic attack)
She summons Jack Corvus and he does an attack of which I dont know the name

Final two bosses, both from the secret area.

Apollo Flame: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXWiziR58r8
Sirius: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qiz26GR1jg8

And here's a battle with Rouge Z for the heck of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCTp0Lx1u3A Can you spot Laplace? I can.

After watching all these videos, I'm starting to think that area-locking your opponent might not be such a good idea since while it does trap your enemy, it makes dodging some attacks look nearly impossible, like Queen Virgo's water dragon.

Wow.

I was playing my Red Joker, and I gained Bly Noise. That was unexpected.

Here's what I got from its description. I don't recall seeing this anywhere on the official site.
+50 to non-dimming Sword cards
Mu Rejection once per turn (that barrier)
Cannot be locked onto
Cancels BrotherBands from other players
No NFB, no special Charge Shot
No weakness or element
Charge Shot damage is doubled

It's Burai. Not Bly.

I got Burai Noise last week. It's very nice when combined with the Sword Fighter cards.

Using Area Eater to lock your opponent in has it's advantages, example, Spade Magnets. He can't create any missiles when he uses Axis Jet...and he can be easily dodged anyway.

At least the game demonstrates Laplace's role. He simply becomes Burai's new wicked scimitar. Solo still performs Denpa Henkan on his own.

I noticed that there aren't that many Red Joker players and videos online. Are there any differences, besides the noise changes and Red Joker, that seperate it from Black Ace (BTW, I prefer Red Joker for some reason)?

I'll take these one at a time:

@Guernsey: You know how when you do a homing attack and the camera angle briefly changes? Here you can set the camera change to side view. It's just a little tribute. You can't actually play with the side view unless you hack the game.

@Seijin: I believe the emulation for Black Ace was leaked before Red Joker, so that could explain it.

@BakuRenOh:
Black Ace: Libra Noise, Corvus Noise, Cancer Noise, Gemini Noise, Ophiuca Noise.

Red Joker: Cygnus Noise, Taurus Noise, Crown Noise, Wolf Noise, Virgo Noise.

Though all Noise Changes are apparently available in each game, just the opposite versions are rarer.

Oh, and the soundtrack to this game is awesome. My favorite tracks so far are the Dealers' theme, the final level, virus battle, final boss fight, Cosmo Waves, and that new sad piece.

Hmph. Not many Red Joker users nonetheless. People would prefer speed over long chains.

I hardly use the Finalised Noise form so it's irrelevant really, the Noise Changes are the where the real strategy is at.

Also my copy of Red Joker will arrive next week hopefully. I like having an actual cart and an actual box. Smile

Yeah. Having fought several bosses, I find it hard to actually reach a high enough Noise percentage to initiate the highest level of the Meteor Server. Additionally, by the time I reach that level of noise, the boss is weak enough to go down in a hit from one of the crazy-powerful chips.

In other news, Red Joker is awesome. Wolf Noise Quick Gauge for the win.

Rarer forms?
I thought you get this forms after you've beaten the FM-Person in the game?
Are they now like battle cards, which can only be obtained whenn you s-rank the enemys?
