I apologies in advance if this is the wrong topic to place this, Can anyone where in the Menu is the Navi customizer, i cant seem to find it...

It's under "Netnavi". There, you'll find a "Navicust Boot Up" option. That's what you're looking for.

really? under my options it says "program" and "buster". also when i go to check my key items. it doesnt show it, and i am on the Shadowman ark...

You probably still don't have it yet, then. Like Fragman said, touch the "Navi" button, and then on the very bottom on the Navi screen, they'll be a much bigger button than all the rest that will be the cust option.

Did you ever get that e-mail from Chaud/Barel about how to use the program at all? If not, then you don't have it yet.

Hmm, just check your E-Mail. There should be one titled "NaviCust". Open it, go through the tutorial, and there you have it. If you don't have that mail, then you're not even that far into the plot yet.

Like Fragman said, there should be a mail in your E-Mail option.
It's sent by a man from SciLabs, under Othr, 7th mail from the bottom.
