Sans noise.
A friend of mine sent me these two links with mysterious countdowns:
http://www.mmv.co.jp/special/game/30/
http://pole.sega.jp/
Now even apparently Japanese sites are also having troubles figuring it out, but apparently everyone's thinking the first link is hinting at a new Zelda game. Now that is very unlikely considering that Nintendo would hog it's Zelda franchise and not let some other server host it because they have vast amounts of money to do that themselves.
Now the second one is a little weirder. It's clearly a Sega server, but the mushroom and its sound effects are very Mario. Considering that Sega is basically Nintendo's bi--dog, it's likely they're working together doing something. I have no clue what though.
Let's discuss O: _________________

Hm? The sound effects on the second one to me sound more Sonic-y. As for the first one, maybe it's a Zelda spinoff? _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

Well, I can't seem to hear anything from the first link, but, judging by the picture/clock thing, and the font of the timer, I'd have to say it's something Zelda related... I mean, there's even Triforces on it, so that's gotta say something about it. I'm thinking Four Swords, but I think the Feather is some sort of big hint... Can't place my finger on what, though.
As for the second one, I'd actually have to say it sounds like something Kirby related...(It sounds like something that might come from a Kirby game). But, that's defiantly a blue mushroom from Mario, so, maybe it'll be something that combines other characters from other games? Kinda like Super Smash Bros. or Mario and Sonic at the Olympics? _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

Both of 'em. It's nothing either Zeldaish, nor Marioish.
That clock would have that triforce only as a counter, notice the other angles, there's a "one triangle", "two triangles" and then "three triangles". The key point is that feather.
The latter, that mushroom is nothing Mariolike. Look at the ratings. "B", "Sexual themes", "violence". I'm not sure if we'd ever get to see a Mario game that's not rated A, in Japan. My take is some RPG serie of Sega's, probably a Phantasy Star game. Did we get a PS0 official site yet? _________________ SPOILER:

I may get yelled at for this but first thing I thought of when hearing this was this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx1XIm6q4r4
On topic, for the second link, Now there's sound effects. Click "p" for a chiptune-y jingle, the mushroom for a 1up-esque sound, and SEGA for the old Sega Chorus. Aldo try clicking other letters for other game pages.
Did anyone else think of Centipede for the mushroom?
Also, Nintendo made Sonic game would equal Very Yes.

I laugh in the faces of all those thinking the first link was for a new Zelda game.
The English name is a little shakey at this point, but it roughly translates to Hero 30, though some places call it "Hero for 30 seconds". Literally, you only have 30 seconds to beat each mode.
But I only have IGN's word for the 30-seconds thing so far. _________________
