We need to come up with something to do around here. The contest is over and poom, down goes the post count to 0. Neutral

Something that will last awhile... Any ideas?

Maybe we could do a fanfic where we each write a section. XD

Or maybe we could all watch the same ep at the same time.

I dunno, something...

hah, that would be fun. XD I remember doing round-robin fanfics back in the day. It's been ages since I've seen one done. Perhaps you could get a list of people interested, so everyone would know their order. XD

Oh my, collaborative fan fiction either is awesome or the creation of...unspeakable forces (OH MY YUUCHIRO!).

Personally mass oekaki or something would be awesome, having about 7 other people do it at once or something. Goodness knows what horrors you could make.

As for the idea, I'm a little unsure about the concept. In theory it is good, but in practice, I've seen a tendency for the work to spiral out of control and end up just dropped by its creator. Still, it's always something to look forward to--I haven't critiqued anything in a while, and my rage gland needs venting, if you know what I mean. *nod*

Personally, I attribute reduced activity on the forums to the fact that, well, the series this site is built around ended, and its successor hasn't seemed to garner as much interest from fans.

Really, the only reason I keep coming back here is because I like the people so much; unlike so many other forums, you guys aren't prone to childish outbursts and can actually manage a discussion without falling back on personal insults and flame wars. So, sure, we might not be very active now, but I'll hang around patiently in case things do pick up.

And speaking of which, having some sort of group-activity sounds like the exact sort of thing we need. As long as it's something writing-based (I have no artistic talent whatsoever Laughing

), you can count me in.

Writing a fanfic as a group like this sounds alot like just doing an text based RPG. Why not make a small section to some of those? Surely someone here has some good game ideas that would hit off.
