Does anyone know where I can get this? It's sold out from Play-Asia and I fear that I can never get this. Is there somewhere else I can get this, or is Play-Asia the sole retailer for this particular item?

Usually between 10,000 and 20,000 yen ($100 to $200). Pretty expensive. :/
