It's Terra, once again ghosting through Tabby. Which means it's time to choose which game we will play this year. Like last year, the poll will be open for just 14 days.
Both the trivia contest and the dance off sound like cute ideas, maybe we can do a head count and organize a time to do them?
The date, time, and place are the usual: Saturday, noon, by the Starbucks. Any questions, please ask. _________________

I know I am not going to participate in the tournament, but I still will vote EXE3--it has the best balance and metagamey folders of the entire series. I'd vote EXE6 as a close second, but given that it isn't an option, looks like I'll have to lodge my vote for the previous game. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! It's bad enough i'm backup on my backlog and still playing Starforce: Dragon, now I gotta go back and try to gather myself up for EXE 3. Guess I wouldn't have it any other way. _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

Okay, yes. So the game this year is going to be EXE 3. We've done this one before so everybody should already be aware of what's allowed and what isn't. If you have any questions, please ask.
I'll get the trophies made ASAP and post the pictures as soon as I can. Also, we can go ahead and figure out who will bring what so that we can tape this. I'll bring extra GBAs and cables in case someone needs them. _________________ Rumack: What was it we had for dinner tonight?

I still have my GBA Player and the extra GBA Cables for Gamecube to hook your GBA's up as controllers to the Gamecube if you need them Terra _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

Okay, that'll be great. I can bring the actual GC. All we need is someone to bring the TV. In the past that was Jace, I think. I'll ask Tabby.
You'll need a surge protector for the camera equipment, yes? _________________ Rumack: What was it we had for dinner tonight?

Yes on the Surge Protector.....let's just hope the Starbucks doesn't get overrun like last year
Just let me know what you need if you need all of the GBA stuff for the Gamecube and i'll try to bring it.
Finally for the video, can we try to get everyone who is playing listed down in order for when i go and edit. That was my problem in getting the videos out because i didn't get names of who was playing. _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

Okay. I'll bring a surge protector. If you could, could you please bring the GC and GB player?
Also, I'll try to do a better job keeping track of the order in which people play. _________________ Rumack: What was it we had for dinner tonight?

Wow so we are playing again on the TV? Jeez I gotta get used to playing with the Gamecube controller again or the old school Gameboy advance. ._. But 3 is cool with me I'm used to that game. _________________

Okay, obviously we can't have the tournament at 1:00pm on Saturday, seeing as how that's when the MM panel is...so when would be a good time for everyone?
Also, does anyone have a spare TV? The one we normally use is no longer available. Though I suppose if push comes to shove we can do it in a hotel room--though that makes letting everyone know where it's at a lot harder. Thoughts?
Ideally we will play on the TV, but I believe both players can use the GBA. Correct me if I'm wrong. _________________ Rumack: What was it we had for dinner tonight?

I guess it could be right after the panel Or anytime after it is fine with me.
As for the TV I have a Laptop with the Gamebridge Connector that I could hook up the Gamecube (or any AV device) to.
And I believe as long as each player has a GBA to Gamecube Controller connector it should work that way if not I'm fine using a Gamecube Controller if necessary. _________________

I have 2 GBA/Gamecube connectors that I'll be happy to bring Terra but I'm not sure if you need me to haul my Gamecube as well, unless you got it covered?
What about Jace or Link? Since they both live in or close to Baltimore maybe they can help with the TV. _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

I... kind of opt to not have it in the hotel room, since that would mean our hotel room. n.n; It's going to be crammed with six people's stuff as it is, I doubt we'd have enough space for the whole tourny...
What about 3pm or so on Saturday? We could advertise at the end of the panel about the tourny. :3 That would also give some people time to go get food inbetween the panel and tourny. _________________ "Cats are interesting. Yea true it would be kinda crammed in a hotel room .w. I guess the same place in front of Starbucks works, unless anyone else has an idea.
3pm sounds cool with me. So that way we aren't rushing to get the tournament underway. _________________

Yeah, I was going to suggest no on the Hotel Rooms, not only cramped, but no offense and no saying I don't trust anyone here, but our personal belongings are in there and I wouldn't be a happy camper if someone made off with something of mine.
May I suggest 4pm instead, I know our panel shuts down around 2pm, so it's like one hour till doing the game and prepping, meaning scrambling back to the hotel room grabbing everything and running back to the con in that time. Also if could give you guys and us a short break in between it so if you guys wanted to get a drink and such. Just a idea. _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

The hotel option is a hail Mary, "is this or nothing" option. Believe me, I *really, really* wouldn't want to do it either.
4 pm sounds like a better idea than 3. *Something* will come up and we'll be rushing, just you wait. XD
If you could Hecxz, please bring the GameCube. I hate making you the pack mule, but my bags are too heavy as is. If there is a weight issue for you, let me know.
Has someone e-mailed/asked GM Link if he can bring a TV (since he lives in the area)? _________________ Rumack: What was it we had for dinner tonight?
