Yay, my favorite one! I'd say it looks finished, but get some more opinions first. |

I definitely like the new Forte icon than the first one. =) The "slash" is slimmer, so it looks more fitting on the platform. I'd say it's probably done, unless you had any other effects in mind for it? _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

Yay! On to the next one! :D
Out of curiosity, are you planning on doing more complex stuff eventually? Like... maybe... navis? |

Now that would be awesome. o_o I've always wanted to do that with Google's 3-D program, but have never gotten around to it... _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

Closest I've got is getting Network Transmission to run in Dolphin. But of course there are ripping problems.
I can't model worth two biscuits. |

maybe I'll be able to model Napalman, but I don't think I'm so good
however, I suggest you to use blender for some reasons:
1) it's free
2) it's open source
3) accordingly with many reviews, it's even better than 3ds max or maya (it was used for basic modelling in some scenes of spiderman 2 link ) _________________ Sardinia is not Italy!

On the four separate occasions I have tried it (spanning about five years) I've been disgusted with the interface every time.
I use Anim8or for basic needs, and I never get beyond basic, so I'm set! |

Looks awesome! The triangles could be a bit bigger but even if you don't change that, it looks great! |

Try somewhere right in between. :D If you go to the screencap section of the site, and go to the beast opening theme, the second-to-last one should make a good reference.
The angle of the corner connected to the line through the center should also be a bit wider. |

That is pretty good. But the triangles do need work. Good try though. Just two small things. |

I actually prefer the first version of Rock's navi mark. It's mostly seen as very small black triangles, anyway, and looks more uniformed, like in this image: Link They could probably be just a little bit bigger, since that image show the mark rounded. _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

Ok, guys! Sorry for the long silence, I was quite busy
Here it is, just for you, the third version of Mega's Navi Mark!!!!
As usual, I'll wait for flares, the more the better, so that I can adjust the image

as you may see from the first posts of the topic, they're all made in 3D by me, from modelling to colouring, even the glowing effect on bass' mark strike is made with the same software
power of the Open Source!
thanks for comments! if anybody says something else, I'll move it to the "done gallery" in a couple of days!

I'm really interested in your 3D modeling. I happen to do some 3D modeling myself using Google Sketchup because I need a 3D model to make it into a papercraft. Anyways, great job on Rockman's symbol and keep up the awesome work. _________________

OK, guys!
Here's the definitive version of MegaMan's logo!
Sorry it took so long, I had to resize the red part, 'cause it was too thick O_o
Don't worry if it seems too darkish, it's because of the lights
{LINKS REMOVED}
Next is MegaManDS' logo! I know, I know, it's just mirrored and purple, but it's in the list, so... _________________ Sardinia is not Italy!
