I need some advice on carrers and extra income. I know a job just a series of tasks that I do on a daily basis but I need help trying to land a job and find some money to lean back on. I need to get back into school but I don't have money on my person, I never had to work but since I was a dropped from a class for negligence and failure to keep attendance. Now I cannot go back nito school until the debt is payed in full. Does anyone of any extra income or methods that I can use to get some cash fast? I know that there iis no easy way to make money but still I cannot find any money and I am still waiting for positions to open in the job I am trying to enter in as it is.

Which only begs the question: Guernsey, did you follow those suggestions? Because you're mainly going to be getting the same responses here.
There's one other thing that needs to be said though. If you were dropped from a class for poor attendance and negligence of work, neither of those things will fly with a job either. I would suggest trying to work those out before trying to find a job, or you'll find yourself losing that job less than a few months in.

It is a repeat indeed. I was going to go on a huge tirade laden with snark and flames, but I'm seriously trying to be nice for a change.
Onto the main note, to Guernsey. Good luck getting into school now that you got the boot for something so lame as missing too many classes. The fact you're so irresponsible that you can't even attend classes is a huge strike against you. Given that you also called a job "just a series of tasks that I do on a daily basis" suggests to me that your understanding of the world is horribly distorted. That you haven't gotten even a minimum wage job in nearly four months, waiting for specific positions to open up (In this economy? Hah!), whilst repeatedly begging for a way to make fast cash only serves to bear that out.
You problems seem to be much more deeply rooted than a mere lack of financial know-how. I don't know what it is, and I don't want to know, but you'd do well finding out for yourself. I'd say you should go to a psychologist for counselling, but somehow, I doubt you could afford even that at this point, so I'll say that this is not the forum for you. The Internet is vast, and I'm sure you can find some kind of group that deals with this kind of topic. Honestly, you've gotten all the advice you could reasonably expect to get here.
I'll finish with this: You will never find a magic formula that'll lay everything out before your feet; they simply do not exist. Reality doesn't work that way. You will not find money to "lean back on." Everyone that has such a luxury has it thanks to a savings account with years worth of work put into it. You need to understand that life demands effort, and you need to realize that beggars can't be choosers. (Furthermore, slice up your Mastercard and get rid of your idiotic sig. That kind of brainwashed thinking is undoubtedly a major factor of the situation you're in now.)

I'm in a wierd situation where I am actually one of the very few at my workplace to even have a degree. My boss heavily believes as long as you work hard and are willing to learn a trade, you can make a good living without college.
Is there something that interests you? You will most likely have to work from the bottom and go up from there, so patience will be your best virtue. I currently work for a large photo studio, and had to begin as an intern, then went to seasonal worker, to freelancer, and now I'm FINALLY a full time employee there. This in all took about three years to accomplish (while working two to three jobs in the meantime to cover my bills).
So yeah... being lazy will only drag you down further. You're going to have to work for it.

Count cards at blackjack. That is, assuming you're played by Dustin Hoffman, or that school that kicked you out was MIT.
Alternatively, win a couple dozen games of Jeopardy! in a row. Preferably, win the Tournament of Champions, too. Try swallowing some backup disks for Wikipedia or maybe an encyclopedia or two; I hear that helps.

I failed to get a job during the summer but now,cause of school I got a job (not to much hours but its fun as heck and I got a free pass to the fitness room. Two things i needed for cosplay)
but win cash real fast...go buy a lottery ticket and wish you win the jackpot!
Seriously though, give your cirriculum(please tell me if its correct) everywhere you can since you'll most certainly going to have to start with the minimum wage

It's not just medical professionals that have a CV. The term curriculum vitae is derived from Latin for, "course of life." Most white collar professionals have a CV jobs they're applying for (and a cover letter outlining their strengths if it's a particular position they're aiming for, which happens to be damn near every time). The format of a CV is more strict, formal, and comprehensive than a résumé. It covers work experience like a résumé would, but also elaborates quite a lot on the applicant's academic pursuits - everything from schooling to research to publications.
A CV is also a royal pain in the ass to put together, even compared to a résumé. Seriously, you need to be both broad and meticulous in the details you give whilst keeping the whole thing within about two single-sided A4 pages and hoping that in the process of it all, you neither omit any useful skills nor imply abilities you lack.

A CV is overkill for someone of Guernsey's level of education. Moreover, do you really think someone like Guernsey has much to say about work and volunteer experience?

i agree with ryouko. if you want something, you are not going to get it handed to you on a silver platter. you will have to work for it. i have learned that many times over, and i'm starting my transation carrer now by teaching myself the language i want to tranelate for. i believe i am making it easier on myself in the long run.
go for any thing you can find for the meantime, and if you hav to take up two jobs, go for it! i myself is trying to get a job now so i have one when i graduate this shool year and go to college the next. i myself have not had any luck, but you just have to keep trying. try looking on job search engins. that might help to some point.
