i think serenade was a boy. i liked him becase he was so pretty...was verry shiny...neko-chan* likes shiny...
he also got himself deleted for protecting navis...poor serenade...

well, I LOVE Hikari Saito the most(which mean I love Rockman too  ). He is very handsome, kind and I'm sure I can die for him 
Next is Hikari netto, he is friendly, hyper and so childish but I love him anyway though I think he needs to study more^^
Third are Tomahawkman!He's soooo cute and because he looks alike Rock-kun, too! Mm...Forte,I like him too(cruel and evil but saved my Blue Bomber in the battle with Nebula Grey and feel sorry for what people had done to him in manga).Man!!If said about Forte, I must said about Serenade. I think Sere is a girl because I always think she is Forte's girlfriend(am I wrong?)
Finally!I like Blues, Enzan(they both are handsome and cool!); Roll-chan, Meiru-chan(cute, for sure XD);and so on ><(Search, Laika, Medi, Tohru...)
AND I love Dark Rock as much as I love Rock-kun. He's evil, sometime innocent but in the end of stream, he sacrificed himself to save Rock-kun...Poor Dark Rock...He only wants to be with Netto T_T

Netto is very childish indeed, but that's partially why i love him XDD.
he does need to study though. XDD
TomahawkMan and RockMan don't just look a like, they act similar too! i love their argument in the manga, it's pretty funny ^^.
aww~~again i need to watch the Dark Rock episode ^^

| well, uhh this may sound stupid but i had a crush on Meiru-chan, so she'd have to be a favorite character,but she really didn't make the story interesting or funny like netto's curry addiction or higsby's addiction for miss mari (i didn't know about the fansubs until i got to axess, so those names are the one i know em' by) but i think they always try to have a "jerk" who turns out pretty good (laika,enzan) but those "jerks" could pwn rock unless rock uses a special thing, like soul-unison or style change |

it's alright to be a fanboy of Meiru XDD.
Higsby's and "commander Beef's" addiction to Miss Mari is funny XDD. especially when they battle over her.

Roll Caskett. I love her look, her personality, everything. She's probably my favorite iteration of Roll, and is an absolute blast to write for, as well.
Also, Meijin. In my world, Meijin is is real name while Famous is his stage name. I just love the character, because he's so...cool. He also has the best navi's, hands down.
Edit: How could I forget kobuns? They're so adorable!

and Meijin! he's really awesome. and all three or so of his navi's are great (i liked Punk XD. he was fun, but really hard to beat in the videogames)

Kobun is the Japanese name for Servbot. Servbots are Tron Bonne's henchmen in the Rockman DASH series, which is my favorite Rockman series.
And, yes, Meijin ftw.
