Battlemask

I was always very frustrated that they just kind of forgot that Rockman had a battlemask. They used it early on in the first season and in cross fusion, but they never really put it on Rockman the rest of the time. One of my favorite design aspects of the EXE series is the battlemask. He looks so darn cool in it. XD Especially in the official art for EXE1 and 2, back when the official style wasn't quite so... round.

Just a random thought. I'm probably senile.

I did like the battlemask. Too bad Searchman or some others didn't have them. They were kind of cool.

I think they used the mask a few times in the beginning of EXE, the Speed Racer episode, and in the fight with Footman in the beginning of the movie. That was it. I always did fine that odd. Blues only used his during that racing episode too if I recall right.

Also against Coloredman in episode 3 and one or two N1 battles (Evil Roll, Fireman/Coloredman fight) The only time I remember Blues using his other than the race was 24 or so when he saved Rockman from a fiery doom.

Ah well, OSS will have plenty of battlemask goodness since it's mandatory in battle.

i loved the battle mask. most of my rockman drawings show him wearing it.
now that i think of it, it did not realy apesr in stream, beast, nor beast+. that now kinda bothers me.

the mask should ALWAYS be on duriing battle.

i wish blues put his mask on more the the small number of times he did early in the series.

I recall them always drawing in the battle mask for the manga. I always thought it looked really cool, as it hid his mouth and made him look more fierce than plain old Rockman.

Hah! Totally! Without it, the enemy's are like "Oh, look, it's Rockman, here to beat me or something." With the mask, they're all like "Oh crap, I'm gonna die!"

Rockman had the mask while in Beast out mode! I should know, having cosplayed Greiga. :P Damn thing is impossible to breathe in.

Well he often had the mask with soul unisons and transformations, but those aren't... real Rockman. :\
