For some reason, I've been exceptionally nostalgic about EXE recently, even though I dropped off the face of the fandom and left this site five years back. So, um, I'm back to pollute your forums again for a moment D:

Unwelcome returns aside, I was wondering whether anyone's heard of a more active art or writing community for EXE, outside of REO? Something like deviantart, pixiv, tegaki, whatnot. I'd like to be able to find other artists/writers who share my love for this particular fandom, but since the series *has* been over for I don't even know how many years...yeah.

Hey, Sketch 8D It's been forever. But bursts of nostalgia are terrible.

How've things been? Did the announcement of that EXE/Star Force crossover spice things up any, or is this fandom beyond hope?

I've been wondering - what have the former regulars of this forum moved on to doing? It's probably none of my business, but this forum was definitely a very close community back in the day, and I still feel rather attached to some of the people here.

The only thing killing my *soul* is the constant need for a job, because classes are approximately $200/hr if I divide up all the tuition for the next four years D:

...which means it's bad to sleep in class, but I do it anyway.

I never asked what school you went to, Sketch? (Malik, we should meet up sometime in the summer, or something)

If your college is anything like mine, it'll likely succeed in sucking the life right out of you... especially when gen eds are disproportionately more difficult than major courses. ugh.

Yeah I know what you mean D: UC tuition is going up like crazy too.

(Maybe, I plan on doing summer school in San Diego maybe this summer)

Yeah, I heard about the UC tuition thing...I feel *slightly* vindicated for going to a huge expensive private school now, but not by much <_<;;

Sketch, you're closer to me than Malik. I'm actually in Massachusetts. (but used to live near Malik's school and it's a long story okay)

Kaizer - wouldn't know about major courses. Haven't taken enough yet. But yeah, budgeting free time around classes is a pain. D:

along with a hello and a warm welcome back, i will say reading every thing that is being said about college (on this thread) so far is highly discouraging. i am living on my own next year and paying for everything on my own aswell...geez...i am thankfull i am going to community first.

i am only going to community fist for two reasons:

1) the price. it is much less exspensive and i may actually may be able to save a penny here and there for when i transfer.

2) the jum of the level of difficulty (i believe) will be easier to handle then if i went strait to a university or a regular college.

@ nazne: close to $200 Per Hour!!! O.o...they are really trying to drain you dry of every penny. good luck!!!

I'm relatively certain I remember a Cloud-kun from way the hell back, but was it you? D: (something about being Neko's boyfriend - if I'm wrong, feel free to complain; my memory's shot to hell)

Roll - yeah, I've heard those reasons for going to community as well, and I think they're good reasons, especially if you're living on your own and don't want an assload of student debt. I do like my school - but I still wonder sometimes if I shouldn't have just taken a cheaper route and made it easier on my parents.

...by the way, SR, you're actually female? I somehow never realized this D:
