Otakon 2010 - It ain't 200X anymore.

Just a note, Otakon's passkey system has more rooms at the Days Inn available. Unfortunately, Sunday night is not available. :( So I snagged Thursday through Sunday morning at least, for $125 a night. I'll keep our original $189 a night reservation for Sunday night, so I'll figure out the new total per person sometime later. ^^;

There is a small, small chance that I could go this year. If I do, I'd love to meet up with you guys like I wanted to five or six years ago. It'd be pretty epic, don't you think?

If you go, you will. Every year we meet up together behind the Starbucks Stand by Registration on a Saturday morning around 11am. So there's no way of missing people grouped together cosplaying as Megaman characters. Razz

i have aready said this but i am planning on going (road or plane trip, i have not decided yet...) to otakon in two years when i have completed two years of college and i will be dragging along a friend because this will be a graduation present for her.

if i do go, i don't think that it would be to hard to spot me. i would fit in perfectly with ryouko's group. (yay for cosplaying!) <('.'<)

You know, I DO have a job now.. I could afford to go if I had the initiative. When is Otakon, and uh, anyone have room for one more person in their hotel room? LOL.

I still have my Lady Vega cosplay from this year... or I could do something new. Like Queen Virgo. Yaaay big skirts.

Hooray for actually having time to put together an EXE cosplay this year Smile

I'm finally getting off of my bum and putting together a full Laika. Yes, *full* - if possible, including disassembling a no-longer-used GBA SP and recasing it in a Progress PET shell. If that can be pulled off, whatever tournament will take place this year will be played in STYLE Smile

'Sup guys, not new to the idea but new to being actually on the forum itself.

If ANY of you remember me (of which there's a super small chance) you would've seen me as the stupid little fangirl little sister hanging around TheDoc in '05 and '06. (How convenient that I'm posting right after my brother.)

I'll be doing Stream!Netto to go with TheDoc's Laika, and my girlfriend is going to also be Stream!Enzan. So when I'm not doing Young!Integra from Hellsing (which will be around half the con) I'll be running (unfortunately, not skating, I'd kill myself trying) around.

Oooh, your tempting me to come this year. I made a Mieru costume last year and it would be awesome to have a group to pose with and bug. I either didn't have a completed costume or wasn't the right series before. But now I have even less motivation to finish Alia... Confused

I am in the mood to start another big project again, but I have no idea what to make this time. I would really love to make EXE Colonel, but that would be even a bigger hassle to transport than Greiga was by far. >_>;;

There's a 50/50 chance I might finally be able to go to Otakon this year via a college friend of mine that's going. I've been wanting to go for like 7 years, and I'd totally try to cosplay something if it weren't for me being cursed with extreme indecision... heh.

Now if only I had friends that were into Megaman... *sigh*
