Panel advice?

So... I'm running a Sonic and MegaMan fan panel at MetroCon the weekend before Otakon, and I wanted to ask for some advice from you guys in any content or what-have-you for this, since I've never ran one, just participated.

The basis of it is how the fans have been as much a part in these series (or the lack thereof) in developing games these days.

No, I meant more like leading/formating the panel. Content I'm not too worried about, since I know my sources for it (RM contests included).
