Hi guys!
Does anybody have the ringtones from the PET for mails and for voice calls?
I've got a new phone and now I have a cool plan in mind :-3 _________________ Sardinia is not Italy!

Genius!
I could probably extract them. There are two places I can think of that have PET noises when there's little to no background music. Episode 1, and the movie.
I should check into that. :O
(This reminds me that I wish we could separate the sound effect, voice, and music tracks in the episodes so we could compile our own soundtracks. XD)
Also, EXE 4.5 might have some. Maybe the Japanese cell phone flash PET. |

I extracted the beeping mail noise from EXE6 some time ago to use as my cell phone's "incoming text" alert (although I don't use it anymore). I've also extracted Rockman's "Netto-kun, denwa dayo!" and "Netto-kun, meeru dayo!" voice clips from the Japanese version of EXE5 DS. I still have them laying around somewhere, just gimme some time to dig them up. _________________ Math problems? Call 1-800-[(10x)(13i)^2]-[sin(xy)/2.362x]. |

Hey all, I was reminded by this thread that I have all of the sound effect samples from MMBN5 DS. I haven't gone through all of the them but it's a pretty good amount. They aren't labeled descriptively [b/c that's how I got 'em] but I did a couple.
Should I pack them up and post a link? _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

Oh wow, that would be so awesome to have as a ringtone! I just have a boring default for my phone, so sprucing it up with EXE sounds would be really neat. XD _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

Megarock.exe ripped the voices from EXE5DS. I was going to post them if Poochy couldn't find them, but I seem to have lost the zip and WillHostForFood (Megarock's host) went down. |

Once, I was in the library and someone's ringtone sounded exactly like a PET. It was amazing. _________________ Stop looking at my sig. Stop it. Stop it. STOP IT. WHAT PART OF STOP LOOKING AT MY SIG DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?!?!?!?!?! |

After about a half-hour of searching my 3 hard drives, I finally figured out where the heck I put those audio rips. I put it in a zip, uploaded it to my server, and sent the link to Ryo first [ so check your PM! ], just so we can get it mirrored first so I don't get overloaded with downloads.
Just so everyone knows, the audio rips are from MMBN5 DS as well as OSS. Unfortunately, most of the files are labeled along the lines of, "009C_0001" and the like. In the MMBN5 DS folder, you will see some of the files that I tried to give more descriptive labels to, before stopping [ busy week I believe ].
Anyhoo, I take no credit for doing the actual hard work of going through and getting all the samples, I just came across an awesome download and saved it for a few side projects I have in mind. =) _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :

Okay, I've dug them up: [Link]
(Sorry for the wait.)
"mail.wav" is the PET mail sound from EXE6. "Hora! Hikari Netto!" is from the first episode of the anime. The rest are from either EXE5DS or OSS.
I've got a couple more where those came from, but those are the ones I'd imagine to be more useful for cell phones. If anybody has any specific requests from EXE5DS or OSS, ask away. I also have a couple sound effects from EXE6, Ryuusei 2, and EXE5DS. (I currently have the menu tick/beep noise for my computer's system beep, and a chime for the "device connected successfully" sound, for example.) _________________ Math problems? Those sounds are great, Wibby! Only problem is, whenever I click on them, my iTunes wants to add EVERY SINGLE FILE. And then afterward wants to play a random song from my library. XD So random... lol But I will fix it. _________________ My art blog: http://annamariacoppi.blogspot.com/

If you have XP, you can just use the default Sound Recorder app to listen to the .wav files. The reason why the files sound like they're cut off is b/c you're probably trying to listen to them in a dedicated media player like VLC.
@linkfreak - Do you have iTunes set as your default audio player? I don't so I've never had to deal with that. I am on Windows 7 so the Sound Recorder app in this version doesn't work the same as in Xp's [ such a shame really ].
If you have an audio editor program like Sound Forge, or even the free Audacity app, that will make listening to these samples easier. _________________ Avatar by Tabby (of my NetNavi, GuincoolMind.EXE) : : :
