| Honestly, what's with the big deal about the design? You do make a point about Capcom making the design, not you. You're not a part of Capcom's staff, so why you? You may be a Rockman.EXE fan, but you have you opinions about things, and all the other fans have their's. To make my point clear: you are not in blame for the design. |

There's no reason to get upset over the way a character is designed. Some people may like the design, others may not. There's nothing you can really do about it, and there's no 'right' way to look at such a design. Some people happen to love the new RockBuster, and I can remember several people immediately going 'COOL DOGS DUUD!' when the design was first released. Other people didn't necessarily like it, and they said so.
If your friend doesn't like Ryuusei's design, fine. If he wants to send his comments to Capcom, by all means do so. But he shouldn't expect you to agree with him in every regard. If you do happen to like Ryuusei's design, good for you, but don't shove your likes/dislikes onto your friend.
You're both just going to have to agree to disagree. You both hold different opinions, and there's nothing wrong with that. You just have to understand each other and not hold it against the other person.
A classic example is my work with Rhythm. I may be partial to the Rhythm x Blues pairing, but I'm not going to get upset with someone if they suggest a Blues x Medi pairing. We both have different ideas about what we like, and that's alright. It's the diversity of ideas and thoughts that makes being in a fandom so much fun. |
I am just gonna say, a Blues x Medi pairing would be interesting. |
