EXE to be included?

I still want Scramble Battle, even if it was an unshown cheesy shovelware title. At least give me some Megaman fighting game.

All I know is, it has Zero in it. Also She-Hulk but that's a different side.

Some element of it are right, at least. Haggar is almost certainly in (accidental leak from Capcom), and one of the more reliable leakers we have backed up Taskmaster and Hsien-ko.

If it is real though, I'm guessing it might have been based on an early version of the game. We already know some characters were cut so some of those guys might not have made it in.
