Hi everyone! Nice to meet you! My name is Saito Volnutt, but you can call me Saito or Sai, either one works.

I've been a Megaman fan since March or April of this year (short time, I know), so I haven't really had much of an exposure to the Megaman games, specifically Battle Network, since it's the one series I dedicate my heart to. Alongside Legends, of course. *hintusernamehint*

While I'm on the road to being a experienced fan of the BN games, I am an experienced fan of the Rockman.EXE anime (or NT Warrior, whichever you prefer) and most every season afterwards. And if my username hasn't said so already, I'm a proud and crazy Rockman/Saito (Megaman/Hub) fangirl! HUZZAH! And I express my fangirlism not with fanart or fanfics, but with cosplay! Yes, indeed, I am a upcoming cosplayer, with a lot of Battle Network/.EXE cosplays in the works.

I'm also very random when it comes to topics I love, so I kinda drift off to LaLa-Land mid post and can delve pretty deep into the topic given a push or two. Bottom line: Don't provoke me. Good or bad, it won't end well.

Also, I would've posted in a shorter time after I joined, but I kinda forgot about the forum. Sorry. Mr. Green

Thanks! I've had a few months to get far in the series (via anime, since that's the only way accessible at this point), so I've gotten pretty far, regarding the basic storyline. I think.

I just wish Capcom didn't take out the truth about Lan and Megaman when they made the anime. (Darn you Capcom, DARN YOU! *shakes fist to the sky*)

Yeah I'm really not sure why they did that... Still confuses me to this day. I remember when the anime was first coming out in English, and my cousin was really into the series (the games and anime). I remember he kept on wondering when Lan would find out about Hub, even though it was pretty far into the series already (pretty sure there was cross fusion already then). And, well, of course that never happened, and of course he was pretty disappointed.

Just another one of those mysterious Capcom moves I guess. *shrugs*

Right, right.

It's actually really funny about Hub and Lan. When I first heard that they were brothers, I was like ".... Wha?! REALLY!?" And then sooner or later I figured out that there had to be some form of Megaman as a human (of course, not in fanfics), so I spent a lot of time trying to find that from game clips or whatever, and I never found it. Then one day, when I was looking on the Mega Man Knowledge Base for BN cosplay references, I found a picture of Megaman without his helmet on. And I swear I lost 5 seconds of breathing time from it, because he was so cute!! Embarassed

After that, I got really mad that Capcom didn't keep the brother storyline, namely because it meant no possible shots of helmet-less Megaman. XD

(And then I fooled around with the coloring of an episode screenshot from Rockman Axess, where Lan was in Cross Fusion with Megaman, and I was happy afterwards. But that's a different story.)

It's too bad they don't show the series anymore anywhere.

Well, I don't see what's holding you back from doing so (unless it's money troubles or not enough time). There's been plenty of guys that have crossplayed as girls, but not as nearly enough as girls that have crossplayed guys (myself included). I actually have Roll as an in-progress cosplay, so she'll be done too.

And I'll try to stay as active as I can, although summer's gonna be a problem since the modem for my home computer kinda fried itself at the end of the last school year, so I won't have much access to the Internet from May to some time in September.

It is great to see that people are still excited about the series and enthusiastic about the community at large. I hope you will enjoy it here and even though there aren't many recent happenings, we do have plenty of past forum topics full of discussion and debate - sure to be quite an interesting read.

I feel kinda sad that I got into the .EXE fandom late, as with several other fandoms I've joined, but I'll try my best to be as active as I can!

Also, I'm sure it'll be entertaining to read through old topics; god knows what I might find in these forums! I also hope to represent the series well in the .EXE cosplays I have planned. XD
