Anyone like .Hack? I like the "Legend Of The Twilight" series. My character (and I'm not afraid to say this) is Shugo! I think he's just like Lan in the sense that he's the nice, caring guy that's always there for you! So Anyone else? :]

I'm reading the manga for .Hack//Legend(Bought all three volumes just yesterday) and I'm telling you that Shugo's always looking out for number one.
Best char has gotta be Balmung, not only is he a badass, but he has awesome taste in rare prizes.
"Sailor Fuku?" 
"A maid's outfit with cat ears?" -.-
Oh yeah, and Rena, + charmed status effect = :O

That's not true from what I read. He was one of the only ones that actually cared for Zefie. plus, he also tried to be the hero when Rena was chosen for Tanabata Night. :]

The .hack//DUSK (Legend of the Twilight Braclet) manga is okay. It was very funny, but it had a horrible story that didn't fit in with the series at all... It was okay, but could have been a lot better =\. I think the anime is just plain crap <.<;.

Yeah, I probably could have picked better dub voices for the characters than Bandai did. :]

My problem isn't the dub, I just think the anime sucks in general. It provoked incest way to much, in my opinion >.>;;.

That part wasn't necesary, though. They could have had one of the other girls do it, instead of Rena. He is surrounded by girls, after all =\.
I didn't just mean that episode, too. The Tanabata episode provoked it, too. In the manga Shuugo was not required to kiss Rena, that was added in the anime... Also the hot springs scene in one of the episodes =/.

I never considered Tanabata Night to be that bad and I never saw the Hot springs one (I only have DVD Vol. 1) :]

Legend is quite often called .hack//INCEST because of stuff like this.
The onsen episode occurs right after Rena is killed and sent to the area where all the player ghosts wind up. The four hackers use a monster, disguised as Rena, to lure Shugo to an icy area with an onsen(The first thing Shugo thinks of is Ouka in the buff, but that's perfectly healthy), then "Rena" shows up buck nekkid and glomps Shugo... They later find out that "Rena" was one of those old wizard guy monsters, which totally creeped me out.
Also, in the manga, when Shugo's Data Drain misfires, Rena becomes charmed, but doesn't go directly to Shugo, she jumps into the arms of the monster Shugo was trying to Drain.
Although, at the end of that story, Shugo does imagine Rena as a "Sexy Schoolgirl"...

Yeah, I didn't really enjoy the //LotT anime. >> Manga was a lot more interesting, IMO.
I would have to say //SIGN is my favorite out of them all so far. Not sure why really. Just something cool about it.
Oh, and for those who don't know yet, TokyoPop has made an official page for //AI BUSTER here.
You can bet I'll be getting that. =)

Have you read the 2nd and 3rd, those two are awsome, especially #3
In the game series....OHHHHH I HATE CUBIA!!!!!! Im on #2 and I have all 4 of them... Balmung is AWSOME with his sword and all....
