Rules link at the top?

If Nobi manages to put a link to REO in the menu above (like there was on the past forum incarnation, that is)... do you guys think it would be possible to add a link to the forum rules as well? Just wondering.

I meant the link to REO's website that was on top on the old forum's menu.
