It seems rather suspicious to me, with the very little information they have, but I really hope it's true. Then think of all the things we can do with our DS's! (Once I get my DS, that is =P.)

I'm not too worried about that part. Then again, it might be more restricting on people then I think... _________________

DS Tunneling isn't really something 100% new, so there's no need to not believe it...
but, I'd rather wait for something official. :P _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

Hasn't this been a planned function for quite a long time? The PSP can do it too. _________________ One of the three EXE sisters! *Armstrong-style pose*

Well, the DS does have WiFi built in, but Nintendo probably won't use it for tunneling. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

Doesn't really matter yet, does it? I mean I thought they hadn't released online-capable games yet... _________________ I think it's time to say goodbye. |

It says in the article that it tunnels SM64DS...
With the way the DS works, it just needs to be a multiplayer game for tunneling. _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

When xlink was planning on tunneling the DS, I believe the Hunters demo was one of the things that they got to work, so... _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

This looks to be something that oughta work, but just make games go fight each other online. The real DS online thing is gonna involve towers or something (so says IGN). The first game that'll be exploiting it is Animal Crossing (I think). A bit about the official online thing can be found here. |

Don't get your hopes up. This information isn't new and has been talked about for quite a bit. Many people agree that all the information comes from unreliable sources and that the "screencaps" provided could easily be mockups.
Besides, Warp Pipe should be the first one to release tunneling software. They've been working much longer. =p _________________ Net navis are like imaginary friends. The only difference is that you don't get weird looks for talking to them. |

Simple: Impatient people.
While I'm not gunna get my hopes up too high on this one, I'd like to give the online gaming a shot. It sounds interesting, and it's something I'd like to see. The sooner the better, but no hurry.
If this shtuff is real, then that's awesome, and if it isn't I wouldn't be surprised. Let's not get our hopes up, but maybe we shouldn't rule it out entirely either... _________________ I think it's time to say goodbye. |

no one said it was offical, i just said, if it was gonna to go online wouldn't it be on the offical site saying it would go online?
online gaming would be cool with the DS, but there is already other online games like Runescape or Gunbound, why should the DS go online, and how would it anyway?
i should rejoin gunbound one day :/ _________________

Congratulations, not only do you know nothing about the DS, but you seemingly haven't read much past the first post of this topic! _________________ Greatness is achieved through the pursuit of greatness. |

Oooo, sounds interesting. But does that mean we have to buy something for out DS's to go on-line all over the world? And I still don't get how it can do that. Can someone enlighten me please. -.- _________________
