It seems rather suspicious to me, with the very little information they have, but I really hope it's true. Then think of all the things we can do with our DS's! (Once I get my DS, that is =P.)

DS Tunneling isn't really something 100% new, so there's no need to not believe it...

but, I'd rather wait for something official. :P

Hasn't this been a planned function for quite a long time? The PSP can do it too.

Well, the DS does have WiFi built in, but Nintendo probably won't use it for tunneling.

It says in the article that it tunnels SM64DS...

With the way the DS works, it just needs to be a multiplayer game for tunneling.

This looks to be something that oughta work, but just make games go fight each other online. The real DS online thing is gonna involve towers or something (so says IGN). The first game that'll be exploiting it is Animal Crossing (I think). A bit about the official online thing can be found here.

Don't get your hopes up. This information isn't new and has been talked about for quite a bit. Many people agree that all the information comes from unreliable sources and that the "screencaps" provided could easily be mockups.

Besides, Warp Pipe should be the first one to release tunneling software. They've been working much longer. =p

online gaming would be cool with the DS, but there is already other online games like Runescape or Gunbound, why should the DS go online, and how would it anyway?
