I can sort of see the environment change idea... so why don't we just fuse the two worlds and be done with it?

Work can get doen faster and will be more productive because there will be more people working on it. Navis will also improve with teh quality because they are programmed to be much better then humans. They are kinda like robots except not. ^^;;

More people with only half of them being data. Data has no need for food,

I'm sorry, but I have to say this since I'm pondering a similiar dilema for one of my fan fics.

Can you imagine the chaos that would cause? If all of a sudden, we have a group of workers that don't eat, need much resting time or whatnot then the manufacturers would immediately take advantage of that and bring in the workers to go 24/7. This would lead to resentment in the Net Navis doing the labor, and even if you removed their emotions so that they're mindless drones, the other Net Navi would developed resentment over the treatment of their kind and probably launch a revolt.

Well technically, a Stream Demensional Area is much different from an Axess Demensional Area because Stream uses the Demensional Generator. In order for a Demensional Converter to produce a Demensional Area, it has to be inside it. The Demensional Generator however, can create the Demensional Area anywhere on the planet, no matter how far away it is from it.

maybe not I depends on the power that sci labs can give it. but lets's say it has infinite amount of power going in to it, it won't go any further unless the transmiter inside the satelights can use that power.

I didn't see it that way. But now that you mention it, navis are owned by the humans, more specifically their netops. If the netops and the navis build a friendship with each other, then I doubt that the boss could tell them to delete the emotion part of the navi. And besides, the boss would make more money having twice the amount of workers.

The only navis that would launch a revolt would be abandoned navis, navis that wonder the net without netops. The ones with netops couldn't leave unless they had some luck like [spoil:a72e6f1cb2]a. napalmman. he would've obeyed his netop till he reached deletion but he was lucky enough to get a better netop later on.[/spoil:a72e6f1cb2]

If there are people who plan on breaking the law with the navis they have police stop them and net saviors. Net navis are programed to help their netops not anyone else. If they are confiscated and trnsfered to a new netop then they will listen to that netop and not their previous unless they are more attached to their previous ones.

Please object!! I want to debate! It's fun! XD

Magnetman was deleted and probably resurected by backup data. He wasn't abandoned, just taken by Tesla instead of Gauss.

[spoil:d00ed56f56]After Gauss was sentenced in Stream 9, Tesla and the newly formed Neo WWW went to rescue Magentman, rather than Gauss.

Magnetman was never deleted, just arrested.[/spoil:d00ed56f56]

I wasn't talking about the traditional Net Op/Net Navi bond. I was talking about manufacturers creating new Navis without Net Ops to do the work. Those Navis would probably grow resentful and launch a revolt. (X series anyone?)

After all, Net Navi are made of data, so why use existing Navis that would come in and leave with their Ops when you could create new ones to work 24/7?

Well, with the help of satelites, so far I've seen the Demensional Generator almost instantly send Demensional Areas to 2 seperate countries, and they seemed to give it enough power to last as long as neccessary, and only desipated when the threat was eliminated, almost as if it was turned off on purpose. I doubt that in all the occasions that we've seen Demensional Generated Areas desipate at the exact right time was because of lack of power. The threat was eliminated, and the Demensional Area served it's purpose, so it desipates, most likely by control of SciLab.
