Yes, in general the swords are blurred, but I can recall an episode where MegaMan had an AquaBlade and it was left in its steel sharpness glory.
Nonetheless, although I have not seen the original anime, I am tempted to think that it is better than what we watch right now. I suppose, although, that bad dub is better than none at all... _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! Nazne- Pokemon!? ._. DAMN, I never expected that of you (no I don't hate the show)
Rocketboy- Because WE made it. Ever seen Static Shock? You know how many deep issues were made clear on that show on Kids WB that wouldn probably NEVER be shown on a Kids WB or Foxbox anime? Its's stupid, but that's how it's been working for a while now...
Megagirl- Either name doesn't matter to me, it just depends on your opinion. |

Yeah, I watch Static Shock. As a matter of fact, we've seen episodes where they are shooting guns, but an episode of pokèmon was BANNED for the exact same thing they do on SS. And I know it's because aericans made it, but if it shows someone on an american cartoon shooting guns guns on a tv show, it's ok. But if it's an ANIME, Complete different story. |

Case in point: Teen Titans.
Anyone ever see "Haunted", the one where Robin keeps seeing Slade everywhere? Yeah. Slade beats the living DAYLIGHTS out of Robin. At one point, Robin's tied to a bed and Slade comes at him with this tazer-looking knife... and you don't see it, but you hear Robin scream. It's like... the most violent thing I've EVER seen in a cartoon!
...but it's American, so they can do that.
And that makes me sad. Ooooh well....
(I wonder is Kids WB ever showed that one, hah! They probably have skipped quite a few...) |

I do not like Shadow Man's dub, it sounds similar to a stereotypical asian villain or something.
Original Shadow Man EXE > dub Shadow Man EXE
Oh well I guess this is the last time we'll see him. Overall it was a decent episode at least, despite the editing. I'm happy the Muramasa was kept sharp for the most part. |

It's the music. Thats all that ever bugged me about this series, and many other dubs I have watched. The orginal music is always better than what they replace it with. I can deal with the voices(some of them aren't that bad in my opinion), the editing, and everything else, but as long as the music is different it always feels as though it is missing something. When Stream airs it just would not be Colonel without his awesome music. The best dubs I find are the ones the don't change the music. I can tell you right now I will love or hate the Naruto dub solely on whether or not they change the music in it.
And changing it to Megaman doesn't bug me cause it brings back fond memories of playing the old megaman games for hours on end with my pals way back when.(though Protoman does bug me a little mainly because he isn't the prototype for all characters anymore.) |

I get pissed when ANYONE, at this point in time, gets pissed about the names "Megaman" or "Protoman" or "Bass" etc. etc. HOW MANY YEARS HAS IT BEEN?? |

Same as, the swords from the raws look like they're made of paper. At least with the glow, the Navi looks like he's swinging something.
I've found someone who agrees with me!! _________________

Eh, I don't love the fuzzy swords but I don't mind them. At least the ACTUAL sharp objects are kept intact. |

Those blurred swords hurt my eyes... ShoPro's probably wasting their money editing them to make it look cooler or they're trying to conceal the sharpness from little kids (which makes me wonder if they think sharp tools = kids stabbing each other).
In other words, Axess seems to do pretty well. _________________

Indeed. I finally got to watch my tape of #12 today...SearchMan's voice is quite fitting. I enjoy it. As for the deletion...ehh...yeah. Bland. THere was enough left in for the viewers to deduce what happened, but they still censored much of the severed stubs out... _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! Sorry about that. I guess I got carried away. As thrilled as I was that they showed episode 12, it still does not make up for the fact that they took out much of Shadowman's deletion scene.
P:S: I am not bashing the dubbed series, I am just upset at what they think is so violent, that they won't show it on TV. |

Hey, they kept a much higher level of violence on the episode than usual. DEAL WITH IT. |

I think you need to take a chill pill. Dub bashing is a no-no, but this time Angelfan was just voicing his opinion as to why he was upset with the editing done in Steel Sniper/Code of Conduct. Screaming "DEAL WITH IT" isn't a very nice way to respond to that, now is it? |

Hey, kids can be pretty stupid. But I've never seen a kid that would actually have the logic (or lack of) to say "MegaMan stabs people with swords...I wanna' be just like him! Hmm...now what's pointy? Oh, this knife is! Here, you're the bad guy!! -STAB- DELETED!...Hey, get up!" O_o;; |

Hey Zetto, what if you take vacations and I do 'your' job?. You get way too carried away if people happen to dislike something on the dub. You can't please anyone, and surely your guts will appreciate if you stop getting so worked out so young. It's just an anime anyway, if people are going to get so worked out over something as trivial as an anime series then good god, the world's screwed. _________________ Hecha en MÉXICO - Avatar by Me.

They showed a portion of the deletion (First 2 shots, deleted).
Hey, that's what Zetto gets paid for. XD _________________
