REO Fanfic Challenge - Delta Ray Project [WWW Arc]

I decided to revive the FC sticky, with a special twist from yours truly. For those who wanted a challenge, and for the rest who wanted something resembling a joint-writing project, well, here it is. I'm proud to announce the Delta Ray Project. (It was going to be named Kawarimi, but there's already a domain and a website called like that. Shame on Ryouko. :<)

What's this, you say? Here's an explanation.

This challenge, unlike the others previously held on this forum, will last for a while. What you have to do is the following: pick an episode from the current arc we're working in (see topic subject) and write a post-ep about it. For those who don't know, a post-ep (post-episode) is a fanfic set up after the ending of an episode, and strongly relates to that episode. Yes, that means spoilers. It's a very obvious definition, isn't it. Razz

Like all the challenges we've had before, this one also has its little rules:

This challenge will end as soon as we get at least one entry per episode, then we'll skip to the next arc and so on until we reach the last episode fansubbed by WPP. When we get to the Nebula arc, it'll be open indefinately till WPP finishes the arc. This means NO STREAM. [spoil:59879d938b]Or Dark Blues, for that matter.[/spoil:59879d938b] Well, not until WPP starts fansubbing it. And for real, not just April Fool jokes. ^^;

All known entries for this challenge will be listed on this topic, listed by episode name and arc.

Feel free to ask any other doubts you might have here. DO NOT POST YOUR FICS ON THIS STICKY. Or they'll be baweeted.

In a nutshell, all we have to do is make a fanfic that should happen in between the official episodes. Is this right?

One more question. According to the rules, no script-style or chat fics. I'm embarrassed to ask, but what are those?

Nah, it's okay, don't feel embarrased.

Script fics - fics written like a script. Example:

Can you use characters that appeared in later EXE games/anime, as long as they don't mess up canon? (Like, using someone who never appeared in the anime, or not introducing them to anyone who meets them for the first time later)

Hmmm... hmmm....

Question! Must we go in order, or do you get to pick one of those first 25? It would be hard to go in order, what if two people did the same thing.... or does that not matter? The words "at least one" makes it seem like we will be going in order.

No, you can start writing on any of the episodes shown above. You could do, for example, episode 18 and then do episode 8, and so on. When we get at least one fanfic per episode, we shall move to the next arc, and so on.

No, there can be more than one for one episode, just so long as we get at least one for EACH episode.
...or that's my understanding of it, anyway.

Oh, and don't feel forced to write one per each episode. You could just write one or two for the whole challenge. The point is to have fun.
