Okay, so I got another HappyDragon issue(missed a few T_T) and I got the chapter where Rockman fights Tomahawkman.
Highlight this if you want to be spoiled...:

Yeah, when Rock became wanted I was quite confused too. I think, correct me if I'm wrong, it was because he saved Forte that Amerope labeled him a criminal.

It's the Rockman.EXE manga by Ryo Takamisaki. And it now makes sense to me why Rock ran away from Netto! :V (I can't read Japanese very well..)

It's Malaysia's version of Coro Coro.
I bought it too!
And the newest chapter was funniest with TM chasing after RM!
