To be honest with you, I really don't know the answer to that question. I mean, no normal human in Cross Fusion should be able to survive an explosion like that. All you have to do is wait for the full version of the movie and see. Later!

You should know how Netto is whenever Meiru hug-attacks him suddenly, e.g. she keeps hugging him, Netto's too dense, he's a little uneasy around her whenever Meiru wants to be with him.

Still, she does that to him at least once a week at the beginning of every episode, you'd think he'd be used to it by now.
Maybe he was in the middle of doing something that normally wouldn't warrant a glomp, like having Megaman kill Roll for instance. |

How Regal came back after that explosion is perplexing to me also, but then again, Wily also suffered through one at the end of season one and made a comeback. So maybe Doc R shares Wily's luck. =P

or it has to do with Shademan screwing with the timeline in stream, which alters the current present timeline (back to the future style).
Shademan changing the past = Dr Regal never killed by R-Rockman
it is a possibility |

Or you know, it could be that Dr. Regal is a villain and as a result gets to cheat death whenever the writers feel it's convenient and all without an explanation. As they say at the end of the first Crash Bandicoot: mad scientists are harder to get rid of than cockroaches.

Does anyone know why Forte's helmet looks strange in the pic that Ryouko has on her site?
Is it an effect of some sort?

Didn't someone mention this before? >_< anyways I think it was Ryoukosaid it was just odd lighting so... there is nothing wrong with Forte's helmet...except the fact it looks stranges to begin with.  But I still like it I cant wait to see the movie subbed since it would be torture to see it raw(I wont be able to know what is being said and such,yes I'm aware it is an action anime but still want some translations when it has some dialogue) :grr:
