Having a "Question" asking board

I thought that if there was a like, 'Question' board for newbs that needed help like asking:
How you get a sig? Or
Where do I find this or that? Or
What does this mean? etc....
It's just a idea I thought up. I don't know if its any good though...

I think many people just used the General Chat for help. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Oh, then can we have a "Japanese" Board? This is where people would come and ask questions about the language, or people helping out on thier vocab. It's just a thought too.

Then that would be unfair to Spanish, French, and any other language at your school :<

If you want to learn some quick Japanese phrases, your best bet is to pick up a book at Chapters. however I can point you to a website that will teach you phrases from alot of languages including some Japenese phrase
