Strictly by power, I go with ProtoMan as well.

FlashMan is a very high contender. Superpiercing made him abusable.

I enjoy the new Roll chips, because instead of giving back a fixed amount of life it has a "Spirit Link" effect--gain life equal to damage dealt.

Hmm...Blues has always been a solid navi chip (after BN1 of course). Roll was always good because (as of BN4) you gained whatever damage she dealt. Which allowed for massive recovery. Then there's FlashMan. Evil little bugger he is. Can get Invisible Units, Guarded Units, and the like. And it Super-Pierces. Too bad the aura reflects what he throws at it if it's too weak.

Hmm...I've attempted to use each of the navichips to determine it's effectiveness. Not many of them are good candidates.

Blues SP pawn against viruses. Somewhat useful to navis since it has higher damage if you can beat Blues SP in less than 10 seconds for max ATK power.

Forte counts as a navi chip, even after EXE 2, right? The guy's a serious navi and virus killer.

Roll SP in EXE 5.

Flashman V4. LOL! Gigantic flash with shield avoider and ghost detector effect. Also the paralysis. Gotta love it.

Stoneman V3. Falling rubble with 1 or 2 Area Steals.

Er... I forgot. ^^; I'll check and edit this. :D

EDIT: It does 700 damage, or something like 7 shots of 100 damage... Eck. GO to gameFAQs and read an FAQ. >.<

The 2xHero Program Advance is comprised of Slasher, CustSwrd, VarSwrd, and ProtoMan, all of B-code, and ProtoMan can be of any version but 5. It deals 70 damage, and hits all panels exactly ten times. Thus, one can build a folder that can run 1000 damage on first turn.

we so I'm thinking here, so you can use 2xHero four times in one battle? wait nevermind, but you can make a folder that does 1000 damage on turn 1? that would be a major navi killer.

I just abuse the chips I have

Yes it does. In general, a person running said degenerate folder will set it up so that they draw ten chips a turn, and place Atk+30 as a regular. It should be able to win on turn 1, whether it be against computer or human. If not, then certainly they will win turn two, when they draw a new copy.
