PowerPuff Girls getting a makeover (Good? Bad? You decide)

It's pretty much called PPGZ. Completely anime-inspired this time, and the creator of it is the same one who did Teen Titans and HiHi Puffy AmiYumi...I think. Not entirely sure on that part, don't quote me on that.

There is a video at the bottom if you scroll down. Two things I can say about this:

1. Professor Utonium looks...really stupid.
2. Blossom's weapon looks...really stupid.

BUT, I'm not giving up on this show yet. I enjoyed the original PPG...and NEVER did I think I would like that show at all.
PPGZ could still be good. We'll just have to wait until it airs here. And it probably will, seeing as the original PPG is now cancelled from Cartoon Network. Future plans, maybe?

PPG was good, for the first season. Then it went downhill. I don't know that an anime can change anything.

That's not Utonium, it's a character created orignally for this show.

Since PPG ISN'T anime inspirted I can't say I like this idea, it feels just as transparent as the Loonatics once did.

EDIT: Hi Hi Puffy Ami YUmi is one of the worst Cartoon Network originals ever. It's their shoddy attempt at saying "Look we're multi cultural, this is educational" as the characters spout foreign words randomly. The did it with mucha lucha and they did it with this shit.

EDIT 2:

Though it is sure to do well, since moronic fan-kids will enjoy ANYTHING with even the remotest link to Japan.

It actually looks fairly interesting, the weapons sound pretty..dumb though. Atleast Bubble's weapon does. Seeing as I wasn't all that into PowerPuff Girls I don't really care all that deeply about it being... modified.

i'm actually looking forward too it. I really want to see if there is gonna be a nice big story line. *drools* that would be soooooooooo cool. I just don't like the weapons part thats all.
