There is no question. FolderBack. The fact that it recycles even one of your chips makes it better than anything that was in BN3. With that, one does not have to worry if his or her folder is depleted, because that single chip will replenish the draw pile. Too broken for use.

No doubt about it that it's folderback.I like folderback because it is a very useful chip.One time I was down to that chip in a boss battle and used it and then beat the boss.

Folderback. Not really needed for any folder, but great in a very tight situation where you may deplete your whole folder. What's really abusive of this Giga Chip is it recycles itself.

Other Giga Chips I like are EXE3 White's Forte and Serenade, EXE3 Blue's Delta Ray Edge (Folderback is already mentioned), EXE 4 Red Sun's Forte and Holydream (a serious Duo.EXE killer if used correctly), and EXE 4 Blue Moon's Forte Another and Delta Ray Edge.

I haven't tried Bug Charge, mainly because Rockman isn't black or dark. Is it any similar to Forte using his Gospel Cannon attack in EXE 3?

I love FolderBack. Saved my hide too many times, as it currently stands, from the chip-runout situations I face in BN4+. Of course, I'm trying to not rely so much on it. Never really had a problem with runout in 1 and 2, though that's not the point here. The FullCust effect FolderBack has also helps muchly.

Not Folder Return, and I'll tell you why. I admit that the effect is wonderful, but it's also redundant. There is only once battle that I can think of where it would be required, and that's against Duo (and that's the wrong game anyway XD). I have never depleted my folder against anything I have ever fought other than Duo. If you have blown your whole folder fighting and you still haven't won (or aren't at least close), quit. You already screwed up enough that your opponent will probably win.

I'd honestly have to say Bug Curse. The idea of randoly gltiching up my foe amuses me greatly. Otherwise, Navi Recycle is a very effective chip and I used it quite often.

My other favorites are Red Sun and Blue Moon because red sun hits the enemy 4 times and blue moon has a cool looking attack.

I say Red Sun is a pretty good Giga Chip against navis only. Shoots the 3rd panel in front of you 4 times. Here's a question, though.

How many netbattles against other players must you win to give Red Sun and Blue Moon their max ATK power?

Oh yeah. Like I asked before, how does Bug Charge work and how is it performed?
