Well, she looks original so... Kasumi?
VERY ORIGINAL...
Unfortunately, her face reminds me a tad much of Medi's operator from Choina.
And her dress reminds me of that one lady from the resturaunt in EXE3 (Who Hino Kenchi helped out in four I think?). Anyway, the lady in the pink waitress outfit, but slightly watered dow to more acceptable terms.
But it's good, of course!

Looks good. I guess the name Kasumi fits her image.
The blush part is a good addition to her. It makes her look more innocent-like.
