still even if you look at it like that the last creation of Dr.Cain is Dubble from Megaman X4 he was built to be a Spy and he did that really well (For Sigma that is) |

Your Point is that Capcom Hired a REALLY REALLY bad translator for the First Megaman X Game Manual ^-^ |
That or they changed their mind on who made Zero BEFORE X4 and on, but after the first few games.

Wily made Zero, but after Zero was defeated by Sigma he was taken to Dr. Cain to be studied. It was then that Dr. Cain rebuilt/reactivated Zero and the former Maverick/Irregular that was Zero became a Hunter. At the start of Zero's existance he was made to be a ruthless killing machine to destroy Doctor Lights creations, but having woken up a hundred years later there was no Doctor Light and so Zero went for the destruction part and killed a whole unit of Hunters in his rampage. Like I said, after his defeat at the hands of Sigma, Zero was reactivated and was 'cured' of his affliction to take up the role as a Hunter.
But the main strain of the maverick virus was still inside of him, that is why the virus when it infects him gives him a boost of energy. Almost like putting nitrous oxide into your fuel mixture, you get a kick of speed out of something that is made to handle the extra speed. |

o.o;;; so thats why he gets so strong weirdly like that and all. but all those time he has control over them? i thought he was unable to use them and they worked on their own will..
