Im sure that ones are a couple (in Anime):
NettoxMeiru (because of meirus first date)
RockxRoll (the names says that there are a couple *lol* and of course there are many scenes that show that)
Maybe a couple:
Enzanx Anetta or Yai -but i think he likes Yai more (stream one with that look after her plane or the exe episode with the lost money and of course exe. 20) and sees Anetta more as a sister or normal friend because she him very similar~
RollxBlues (in the manga there are a sweet couple)
TohuroxShuko (because they looks good together)
PridexLaika (because of stream 25 (im not sure if it was that one)
KenichixMadoi (looks good together) ^^
Interesing couples (background. some FFs and RPGs XD)
EnzanxMeiru (similar as in Digimon: TaixSoraxMatt)
Fortex Serenade (I like to see them together but im still not sure if Serenade is a he or a she XD)
Navi/Human:
EnzanxBlues (read very great stories about them *so sweet~)

i clicked on your webthing. it obviously made them look like a couple. i can't read japenese, but it was still obvious they were meant to be seen as a couple. It would be so awesome if in a future game they were a couple, and you had to fight serenade, then directly after you get to fight Bass GS because he's angry that you hurt her. that would be so kool. :D
