Anyone watched the dub version yet? I think it's actually pretty good (except they gave Gash an underwear......oh man -_-||)

In case you don't know, Zatch Bell=Konjiki No Gash Bell.

I seen it I think its preety funny.I like how Zach jumped front of bad guys even though we wasent post toXD on epsode 2

I never saw jap version so what do I no ^_^

I saw only a little bit of one episode. Then my dad changed the channel. Zatch blew that guys hiding place lol. Then he made Zatch Stare at the bad guy and he was trying to say some spell. Thats all I saw really.

But you no what I noticed and I saw pics of epsode in jap they changed gun in english!Gun in epsode two looks like tire!!O_othey dont make dub guns like they use to..

I like the series, did they dub it well? I liked the voices that were assigned to each character but i haven't seen the original to compare to the dubbed version. I like how zatch has jimmy neutron's voices XD It's so weird! XD

Haven't seen the dub, but I have mixed opinions on it...

On one hand, there's stuff like the edits, which haven't been so great so far, and some of the voices sound like they don't work very well ._.

But beyond Zatch they've been fairly good regarding the names. Hyde, Raycom, Hosokawa, Brago and Koruru (although it was engrished to Kolulu in the episode title) all kept their names so far, Kiyomaro just got shortened and the other two still resemble their original names (Suzie was originally Suzume and Kane was originally Kaneyama).

I don't think that there'll ever bee too much trouble with names... there's quite a bit of english names used at different points (like Sherie and Danny, for example) as well as names that aren't really any language specifically, and just random/somehow fits with the character's theme (Yopopo fits here Razz

).
In fact, in the episodes they've listed so far, I think the only name they'd need to change is Koruru's book keeper. (All the rest of the names either aren't Japanese, or aren't mentioned in the episode, like the plant demon Sugina.)

Show is pretty damn funny. I watch it but I didnt like how they edited that robbers gun.
