wich do you think is better .if the next rockman exe comes for the PSP or for the DS ? as for me i want it to be on the two portables because each of the systems have their own specifications because when it's on the DS it will have some touch screen features that makes it fun and if it comes for the PSP it will have movies and it may be 3D and other stuff so what do you think is better?

I highly doubt that Nintendo will sell its rights to the MMBN series any time soon. If it were to appear on the PSP, that would be blasphemy.
