um... what exactly do you mean by "Anime based"? Also, to point out something from before, Serenade was important to the BN3 story not only from giving Rock Gigafreeze, but if you recall, when he tries to use it on Forte, we discover that Forte is also able to wield its power, it simply was not bestowed upon him, but he knows about Gigafreeze and I beleive he hints at a past encounter with Serenade... anywho, I do beleive that Slur would make kinda a cool side/optional boss
and going off topic for a moment: I have a question about BN3 from the post above: Is that Innkeeper lady at the Inn in Yoka like Mamoru's mother or something? seeing as how it's called the Ura Inn, oh, and it was Dr. Ura who created the Uranet to confine Proto, I think Serenade just created the secret area... |

The Secret Area is nothing more than the Ura Net server...which was used to contain the Giga Freeze...
And based on that reasoning, ANY employee at the UraInn could be Mamoru's mother...

The woman in the pink Kimono is his mother, it's in the EXE encyclopedia.
Her name is Kimie Urakawa.
Aside from last name it directly states
"she is Mamoru's mother" at the end of her bio.
But your use of 3 periods and changing the names of places is enough to proove me wrong.
Urakawa Ryokan(lodge) became Ura Inn, not YokaInn.

At most, I wouldn't mind seeing Slur as an agent of Duo sent down to check on the status of Earth since his leaving. I can't say I would like her as a major character or a necessary battle, though.

| They could put Slur in the secret area. Saying that she was spying on earth for Duo and saw that Rockmans Dark Soul had taken over etc and then fights you. |

In music, when you see a slur sign over a series of notes, (a big curved line over/under notes) it means to play the notes in a joined succession, meaning not one moment of silence between any of the notes. Just pretty much let the notes overlap as you move from one to another.
