Chaud and maylu? (Spoiler thingies!)

well yea! of course maylu likes lan! But she kinda seemed to consider chaud for a moment, ya know what i mean? She said, "Which knife to use? theyre both equally as important..." Come on! You can't deny there wasn't somthing there. And yea, that would be incredibly hilarious if chaud took of his jacket thing so maylu could walk over a mud puddle. Laughing

It's probably worth pointing out Chaud is presented as a love interest for Mary, but not really vice-versa. While Chaud starts to show a little concern for her, it only happens in her story, so it's just a way to progress Mary's plot and not really meant as permanent character development for Chaud.

Notice how I don't refer to the character's actual feelings? That's because I don't look at them as real people. I'm looking at the "love" stuff purely based on how it affects the story. So I still say there were the sparks of a Chaud, Lan, and Mayl love triangle in BN2, simply because it was a funny plot device. Believe what you want about their "true feelings".

I think you mean the end of BN2. The end of the original game makes no mention at all, and doesn't give a hint, as to a relationship between Chaud and Mayl.

no no... there was something at the end of bn1... i dont remember it well but there was something "lan: do you er...." and then mayl says something "isnt it obvious" or something...

i still say i may be wrong...

Yeah yeah, you're adding in another Lan and Mayl moment, exactly the thing I pleaded for people not to do earlier in the thread because it wasn't on topic and everyone knows about that nonsense already so it hardly contributes anything.

Ah oh well, it was kinda needed. Since it's obvious that Chaud/Enzan does NOT love Mayl/Meiru.

But, that moment in the end of EXE1 was kinda funny. Something like that also happens in the end of the Bus incident. Wasn't it:

Lan: Mayl? What's with you..? Why are you acting like that?

Mayl: Tee hee! It's a secret, Lan!

AND!!! Remember, Lan and Mayl went ON A DATE in EXE4!!!

So, it's safe to say, "It's all LanXMayl relationship."

Chaud and Mayl would be an interesting plot twist I suppose. But I doubt it will ever be brought into the story (or brought back into if you believe he did hint something in MMBN2), because eventually the series could end up like some weird soap opera my mom would watch.

I could see it now...

Lan:No! Mayl! Don't leave me, please...I...I...
Mayl: It's too late for that now! Don't you understand?
Lan: ... (of course he doesn't understand)
Chaud: Hmph. You could never give her what she needs.
(Chaud and Mayl turn and begin to walk out the door, while Lan turns slowly toward his 9mm pistol and...)

O.O;;; netto'd be sentenced to death for killing the world's greatest netbattle master.... and mayl would lose BOTH her boyfriends too... which gives me a chance to go say hi to her.... GO KILL HIM LAN!!! XD

there are TOO many hints in the game. the anime is weird tho... dex is like o.o;;
