I just can't seem to find my Battle Network 2 game. So, I was wondering if I could buy it new, or if I'd be stuck with used... Any ideas?

It's pretty old. I doubt you could find a new one. But who knows, I've been wrong before about these things ^^;;. I'm guessing that you might be stuck with a used one.

I highly doubt you will be able to find a pristine, unopened BN2 package anywhere. Your best bet, like mine, is to buy it used at some GameStop. That's what I did.

I also did that. cept I went to EB because EB PWN'd... to bad it's gone.

I know it's a stupid suggestion but you might try Ebay. Bound to be there. You may still be able to find it new somewhere though. Maybe try clearence racks and stuff. You can find amazing deals there(*looks at his copy of MegaMan Legends that cost him $2).

I think there's still some BN2 copies lying around my local EB store. It doesn't hurt to check.

Yeah. I checked local stores like Circuit City, etc. (they don't special in used games and often have old ones) to no luck. Perhaps Toys R Us?

May want to check places like Game Stop, which is national and has some branches in Canada as well under a different name. They buy and sell used games and systems, as well as new ones.

Amazon Has a couple New ones but the cheapest one is $42, which really isn't all that cheap. I think you should try the other peoples suggestions first before this one, unless of course price isn't an issue.

There's an EB a little way away from where I live, and I found a copy of both BN2 and BN3 there, new, for $15 each... 'course, I got BN2 from there like a year ago, so I'm not sure about right now

Yeah. Must admit, if there are no more new ones that you can buy at a local store, I'd settle for used. BUT, what I'm really concerned about is if it comes with the box and booklet.

Well...used games in general come as the disc itself...why do you want the booklet? It's too vague to use anyway.

Just so you all know. EB, Funcoland, and GameStop are in leauge with eachother...so no matter what, you should find it for $15 used in one of those stores. They only keep 3 games only if they are popular and not too old. the Had BN1, 2, and 3 together, new...but now they just have 3 and 4 new Sad

Only real interests I have in the box and booklet are the artwork. Can't help but love artwork. :]

Yep. I got my copy at a GameStop for a tad over $15. They didn't have any other games in stock, and when I inquired, they said that they had a bunch of BN4 games to get rid of...Laughing

In general, yes. The stores buy back used games, and I do not think that someone will go to all of that trouble of finding the box and repacking eveything when they want to sell the game back.
