I'm playing MMBN3 White right now, and I have noticed that despite my attempts to coordinate a powerful folder, I can't get higher than a 1-2 Busting Rank on the Boss Navis I fight.
Is there any help I can get to help me take them down more quickly?
*Note* I have not even Style Changed yet, so don't post any of those uber-powered mono/bi-coded folders that you can't even get until really late in the game. I've also had bad luck finding chips recently, so as far as I know, I don't have any Program Advances. _________________ Me: Honestly, Rock. It's so obvious she's got the hots for you. Hmmm....It is a problem, yes.
As long as you are starting the game, then I don't know what to say. I suppose a folder you could try to make is a Y-coded LifeSword folder. Many of the mystery data packets on the net contain what you need.
As you advance through the game and collect cash, you can then decide on what you want.
For now, rely on the Zeta PA's, so collect chips that are consecutive alphabetically. Once you have a wider pool to choose from, you can decide on a code or two and whittle yourself down to it. Personally, I just love making B, N, and F-coded folders. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! How many boss navis have you even beaten if you don't have a style change yet? Don't worry about S-ranking navis this early in the game; the most navis you could've even fought at this point is 3 anyway. Just go through the game and get stronger chips (and a style change) before you try to get high busting levels on navis.
Wood-type chips like Bamboo Sword should take out Flashman pretty well, though. And LifeSword folder should be do-able, like Midnight said. But maybe you should try to get through the game first.^^ _________________ My feathered kids

finish the game, then head over to gamefaqs.com and check their s-ranking faqs. they have all the stuff you'll ever need.
dont worry. and yeah, i just remember two navi positions now.... PlantMan was in undernet 4 and FlameMan was i think in undernet 5. find the others.... but the faqs have them all. _________________

Okay, thanks all.
This is kind of ironic, but my save data just got erased, so I have to start all over again. Thanks for your help anyway though. _________________ Me: Honestly, Rock. It's so obvious she's got the hots for you. She gets like a giddy little schoolgirl everytime she's near you.

Flashcrusher is one of the easiest, IMO, folders to build. FlashMan is easy to come by, and the Rattons are no harder. Dreamsword folders would be just slightly easier at the start. _________________ I can't help you. I don't speak English.
