Obviously it's Rockbluesfortezero.EXE3005 DS SP GS.
Actually, I've seen this conversation quite a few times. I don't think they ever tell you who it is other than describing the navi as some legend. My opinion? It's probably just something they came up with for the chip and nothing more.

Ohh, you meant on the chip graphic? Well, specifying that would've helped, too. 
It's probably just some random navi, like the one on the Navi Recycle chip. |
