How do I use Anti-Law Cards in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

I have been wondering this for a few months and I still can't figure out how. Can someone help me out here, please? I'm sick of not being allowed to use the "Fight" command and "Color Magic" when that's all my clan can use.

My main character is a Ninja, and it's so cool looking.

There are two kinds of law cards, brown ones and white ones. Brown cards remove a law and white cards add one. In order to use the cards, you'll have to do it during someone's turn, though I forget if it actually uses up their turn. When one of your turns comes up, exit out of the character's menu and go to the Law menu, where you should be given the option of using one of your Law cards to nullify a law. I'm pretty sure you can nullify all the day's laws except one, but since I only started using the cards when they give three laws a day, I'm not sure. Keep an eye out for the Rank Law cards, which can nullify any law of that rank or lower.
