So, from the scraps of info you sputtered, it seems as if:

He's been here before many of us. And you should stop going fangirl about these things. It's an anime, I am a Shademan rabid fangirl but I think it's good he was only to show up a couple of episodes. I'd rather have him dead with a good plot than just be there for the sake of 'fan service'.
