Look at ProtoMan's shoulder, the white ring is missing.

I just watched the recently released WPP Acess episode 21. When Enzan and Blues cross fuse, there is a part where they step out of an elevator shaft and Enzan/Blues hair is missing.

i dunno if this counts as an error or continuity, i was watching the dub of Axess 4 The most Dangerous Ball Game and when Lan is bowling he has his glove, after the Dimensional area is in Lan goes outside he doesn't have his glove on when he crossfuses with Megaman...

I think the pet thing is not a mess up. Its the advanced pet2 (I think) cuz if you remember [spoil:4c1fde72d8]Lans pet gets crushed[/spoil:4c1fde72d8]. I saw a pet mess up in one of the episodes of Megaman NT Warrior Axess. the pet changed color for a split second .

I remember seeing one episode in Axess when Netto was supposed to be slotting in a battle chip, but as he put it in, the animation was the same animation they use for slotting in a synchro chip.

Might have been, all I know is his Japanese name.

Anyways, I use Windows Movie Maker to make my screencaps. The easiest way to learn how to do it is to just open WMM and look in the help file.
