Helmetless roll is really cute. Helmetless medi is not as cute but still good since that's your first time drawing medi.

I'll tell you what I think...that's a great drawing! I see a strong resemblance to Hatake Kakashi, and you seem to be extremely good at shading and anime-style facial proportions. I believe this character is Naruto inspired, right?
