It all depends. I personally think the series will continue as long as CAPCOM pumps out more Rockman.EXE games. When that's done, the series will stop after maybe a few additional seasons.

I dunno, really, as I'm just stating what worked for Pokemon, and maybe Digimon too. This time around, I think the Rockman franchise has the popularity to make another EXE series work, so it's likely we'll see another season.
